With more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Jason Skinner brings a wealth of practical knowledge and a deep understanding of how homes and buildings are built from the ground up. His background spans nearly every aspect of the trade — from framing and plumbing to full remodels and renovation projects. Jason has also worked on the retail side in lumberyard sales and most recently with a national window manufacturer, giving him unique insight into both the craftsmanship and product quality that make a structure stand the test of time.
A lifelong Missouri resident, Jason’s roots in the community run deep. He’s proud to serve his neighbors with the same attention to detail and integrity that have guided him throughout his career. His extensive training is backed by certification through InterNACHI, where he has completed hundreds of hours across core studies and continuing education.
